How long does a project take?

Starter projects are usually 4 weeks. Advanced runs 6–8. Premium can take up to 60 days, occasionally more. Timeline depends on current workload — book in advance to lock your slot. You can schedule up to a year out and reschedule three times for free.

What if I'm not ready to start now?

Schedule the project up to 12 months in advance. We'll hold your slot, send a kickoff brief 4 weeks before start, and reschedule up to three times if your launch shifts. After that we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you only build on Shopify?

Yes. Shopify and Shopify Plus, exclusively. Going deep on one platform means custom Liquid that's actually maintainable, integrations that don't break on update day, and a stack you don't have to babysit.

Will you migrate my existing store?

WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, Magento, or a tired Shopify 1.0 theme — we handle data, redirects, and SEO so launch day is uneventful. Migration is a flat add-on; the quote is fixed before we start.

Who actually does the work?

Mara — strategy, design, and code. For Premium and Plus projects, a small trusted bench joins for QA, accessibility audits, and occasional copy. You'll always know exactly who's touching your store.

Do you take crypto?

Yes. Wire / ACH, PayPal, USDC, and BTC. Invoices in USD; rate locked at issue. Half on kickoff, half on launch — no surprises, no recurring auto-charges.

What if my budget is bigger than $50k?

We have a sister Shopify Plus agency, Crème, that staffs larger teams. Same standards, more hands. Happy to make the introduction.
